Facilities Use

The Collingswood Board of Education requires all individuals, groups, and organizations who wish to use our facilities to complete the Request for Use of School Facilities.

Outside organizations requesting use of school facilities must certify that they are able to satisfy the conditions set forth in the Policy and Regulation governing the use of school facilities as listed in the application.

School Group Requests

This Request for Use of School Facility may only be used by a school-sponsored group. Any group requesting use of the MS Auditorium may not serve/sell food on the 2nd Floor. ALL food is restricted to the MS Café

This form must be submitted to the building principal 30 days prior to scheduled event to ensure availability and proper scheduling. Last minute requests may not be honored.

Non-School Group Requests

Any group requesting use of the MS Auditorium may not serve/sell food on the 2nd Floor. ALL food is restricted to the MS Café

The attached form must be completed and submitted to the Board of Education office prior to approval of facilities use. The forms in the attached packet should be submitted by groups who wish to use our facilities. Please be sure to read entire application, including guidelines and related fees.
