Dear Collingswood and Oaklyn Families,

Given the current weather conditions and anticipated additional snow throughout the course of the evening and tomorrow morning, Collingswood and Oaklyn School Districts will be closed for a traditional snow day tomorrow, Tuesday, February 2nd. There will be no remote instruction tomorrow.  Due to anticipated protocols needed to provide a safe return to school, we are also declaring Wednesday, February 3rd as a full remote learning day.  We will resume our usual schedule on Thursday and Friday with Gold Cohort students reporting for in-person instruction. Please see below for the schedule for Wednesday:

Preschool and Elementary Remote Learning Schedule

  • Elementary: 9:00a - 12:00p w/ breaks plus special areas and Staff Professional Learning from 1:30p - 3:00p

  • Preschool: 9:15a - 12:15p w/ breaks plus independent/family preschool learning and Staff Professional Learning from 1:30p - 3:00p

Middle School and High School Remote Learning Schedule

  • "All Eight" Day Remote Learning: 8:15a - 12:15p and Staff Professional Learning from  1:30p - 2:30p

Please be advised that lunch pick up on Wednesday, February 3rd will remain the same as typically scheduled.  Meals will be available for pick up from 12p—2p and 4p—6p at Collingswood High School on Cambridge Avenue and Oaklyn School, side of the main entrance, near the gym doors.

As we continue to monitor this weather event, we hope everyone stays warm and safe, and Punxsutawney Phil doesn't see his shadow tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening!
